Do you need help finding your
Field Reimbursement Manager?

Do you know all of your Field Reimbursement Managers? Are you putting them on speed dial like most of our Healthcare Advocates already have?

When asked "What does your FRM do for you?", here were some of the responses we received:

  • Assist our office with any questions to access & reimbursement challenges based on therapeutic area and/or specific medication.

  • Reviews resources and delivers provider education available from the manufacturer depending on patient payer coverage.

  • Once our Physicians have decided to initiate a medication/treatment for our patient, we work closely with our FRM who works in parallel paths with manufacturer HUB to support the coordination of applications, co-pay rebate programs (if applicable), benefit investigations, prior authorization support, so our office can pull through on access to obtain medication for our patients.

A special thank you to all of the Field Reimbursement Teams!

They may go by many other titles, but the roles are similar: Field Reimbursement and Access Specialist (FRAS), and Regional Access Managers (RAM).
